Colo River Cabin is a three bedroom, high quality, relocatable home and is equipped with all the usual items needed to make your stay an easy one. The Cabin is approximately 30 metres from the river. On this page you will get a detailed understanding of what facilities are provided at Colo River Cabin for you and your friends to enjoy.
Pictured here you can see our wood heated outdoor bath. There is nothing quite so wilderness as having a bath in the great outdoors (and yes there is a shower in the house if you just want to get clean).
The cabin includes a small but functional bathroom with shower. There is an instantaneous hot water heater so you and your friends will never run out of hot water. The toilet is a composting one, but an always running fan in the base will ensure that it always smells fresh.

The house has three bedrooms:
Tht house has a deck facing the river and also has a cluster of chairs and an outdoor table under a tree 30m from the house. Next top the table and chairs is an open BBQ which is a perfect spot to cook while friends and family sit under the shade of the tree and enjoy good conversation and panoramic views of the valley.
The house has a Telstra range extender and if you use a provider that uses the Telstra network then you will get basic internet and will be able to make calls. You will need to be on the Telstra network to make a telephone call.
We do not provide linen so you will need to bring your own. This includes bed sheets, towels and tea towels.
You will need to bring your own fishing gear. Read some information on what you need to catch bass on the Things to Do page
Bring your own kayak/canoe. Life jackets are not mandatory in the river but are always a good idea.
